Five friends accidentally kill a pedestrian in a car accident. To avoid consequences, they try to hide their actions, but a year later, the stalker knows what they did and is determined to kill them in revenge. As the stalker chases them, they seek help from survivors of the infamous 1997 Southport massacre.
