25- year old Houria is a talented dancer who dreams od joining the Algerian Narional Ballet. To survive, she works as a cleaner during the da< and gambles in illegal fights at night. When she wins a bet on the outcome of the final match, Ali attacks her and demands her money back. After the attack, she wakes up in the hospital. The prognosis is grim: she can't speak and will certainly never dance again. But she refuse to give up on her dream, and she focuses her heart and soul on her physical recovery. At a rehabilitation center, she meets other women who have experienced similar tragedies. Houria decides to help them get back on their feet- by teaching them how to dance.
